At Become.com, we love finding great deals for our customers and for ourselves.  There’s nothing more satisfying then finding a great product for the lowest possible price.  Now, more than ever, with the state of the economy and the beginning of the holiday shopping season upon us, saving money on gifts for loved ones has never been more important.  I recently stumbled across a brand new website (launched November 1st), Dillyeo, which features a deal of the day on all sorts of cool stuff, many times up to $40 less than the nearest competitor.  Just to give you an idea of the products Dillyeo features, in the past week they’ve shown digital cameras, LCD digital picture frames, RC helicopters, JVC DV camcorders, and portable GPS systems.

My favorite part about this site is that it lists the prices from competitor’s websites.  It even links to their product page, just in case you aren’t a believer.  This feature really emphasizes exactly how good of a deal you are truly getting.  Dillyeo also monitors the price of the item on competitor sites throughout the day, and will immediately drop the price on its own product when they discover another company is selling it for less.  I also really liked the ‘Ask Question’ feature.  If you have any questions regarding the featured product, your questions are sent directly to the staff at Dillyeo.  I thought this aspect gave the site a more personal feel/traditional shopping experience which I think alleviates some people’s concern about online shopping.

If you still aren’t sold on this idea, you might as well check out the site anyway and sign up, because they offer weekly contests and prizes.  Make sure to check back daily, because you don’t want to miss out on the next great deal!
