Nike Baseball Cleats

So I listed my nike baseball cleats for sale on craigslist and on ebay and one person asked me if my cleats can be used for playing soccor also.  I wasn’t very knowledge on the type of cleats.  I always thought there wasn’t a approved type of cleats for a sport.  So I did a little research and found out that there is a difference between soccor cleats, baseball cleats and football cleats.  The main difference is baseball cleats ahave metal spikes and soccor cleats do now. Soccor cleats, does not have a cleat at the toe.  It also depends on the spikes of the cleats, different lenghts might not be sutible for certain sports.  Soccor cleats are usually lower and don’t give a ton of support to your ankles; on the other hand football celats are usually higher and have less of a chnace of rolling your ankle.
