How you sleep can have a big effect on your daily life. If you don’t feel comfortable in your bed, it can be a lot tougher waking up in the morning and facing your job, or school, or anything else you need to do. A lot of people sleep on a mattress with a box spring frame, and this can work for many people, especially if you like to sleep on a really soft bed.
However, when you sleep on a soft frame you tend to sag a bid, and this can mean sleeping with your spine in an incline. This can cause occasional back pains and may leave you stiff and sore in the morning. A platform bed is a bed frame made of a raised horizontal surface, usually of metal or wood, on which you place your mattress. The platform bed provides sturdy comfort evenly across the mattress. Another advantage of the platform bed is that even though soft beds feel more relaxing, with some people their body can feel like they are hanging on something while they sleep in a conventional bed. Their muscles don’t get completely relaxed, so they feel more tired in the morning. With a panel bed, your body feels completely supported, so it can more fully relax.
I myself have a platform storage bed, which is a platform bed with drawers under it. It is very useful for storing clothes and apparel in. I find it very useful in the morning to wake up and get dressed without having to actually get out of bed yet!
