As the summer weather is nearing upon us, now is a great time reinstate your new year’s resolution and get back into shape via running. As most runners know, comfortable running shoes with ample cushioning to absorb the impact of the ground are a must. The general rule of thumb is that running shoes typically need to be replaced after 350-450 miles of use; so if you have been experiencing any pain lately in your legs or joints, you may not just be getting old, your shoes might just need replacing. Wow, I didn’t know that I had to replace my running shoes as I would a tire – by the miles. I don’t run that often, but I do use my other branded running shoes when I know that I’m going to be standing for long periods of time. I really like how the Asics are highly suggested and I also like the heel molding feature. I will have to try these!
