When it comes to receiving a good night’s sleep, many factors come into play. Your state of mind, health, surroundings, and ultimately your comfort level. Like so many other individuals, I need my eight hours of sleep to be able to properly function and perform my daily activities. Of all the factors that determine one’s ability to sleep, I like to focus on my comfort level, which is affected by my bed set, mattress, frame, and pillow. From the type of material it is made of to the size and shape, everything has to be down to an exact science for me to be able to feel comfortable. Most recently, I’ve been introduced to mattress pads, which helps to reinforce the existing mattress of a bed. The first time I used it I had the best sleep of my life!
