Riding Lawn Mowers Are Fun!

The summer weather is starting to get really nice here in California, and it’s almost time to start thinking about looking after the neglected lawn. If your yard is big enough, the best way to keep your grass looking trim is with a riding lawn mower. The latest models are quiet and efficient, and will turn a boring chore into a bit of fun!

John Deere Riding Mower

When it comes to riding lawn mowers, or any other gardening machines for that matter, the name that immediately comes to mind is John Deere. John Deere lawn mowers are known for their ease of use and setup, as well as the quality of their cut. These riding mowers give a perfectly level cut and a nice finish that’s tough to find in other mowers of this size. The seat and steering wheel of the mower are also well cushioned and designed for maximum comfort– perfect for long mowing sessions.

Ariens Electric Riding Lawn Mower

Another big name when it comes to lawn mowers is Ariens. Ariens lawn mowers come in many different varieties, spanning the gamut from silent and maneuverable electric mowers to giant lawn tractors. There’s a pretty wide range to choose from, so if you want to learn more about what’s available, check out my blog post on Arien’s mowers.

Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower

Featuring a similar color scheme to Ariens, but not to be confused with them, are the Craftsman brand of mowers. Marketed by home & garden powerhouse Sears, Craftsman riding mowers are gaining in popularity for their ease of use and affordability. These mowers are great entry-level mowers for those looking to try riding mowers for the first time, but not looking to immediately invest in a more expensive machine.

Whatever brand you choose to go with, using a riding lawn mower will take the tedium out of mowing the lawn, as you go zipping across your property on a gas or electric powered mowing machine.
