Electric Blanket Tips

John’s written before about the royal velvet electric blanket before, and some of the benefits of having and using an electric blanket. Today I just wanted to take that a step further, and share some tips on different places that you can go and bring your electric blanket with you to keep you warm.

  • Best Electric Blanket

Beach – Electric blankets are water resistant, so they’re perfectly fine to take with you to the beach if you plan on staying out late, or want to warm up after dipping in some cool waves. Most electric blankets, like the royal velvet electric blanket are machine washable, so you can easily clean all the salt water away once you get back home.

  • Camping – The summer months are starting to wane, but there’s still plenty of time to go camping. Now that the weather is a little cooler, taking an electric blanket with you on your next trip can help give you that extra bit of warmth to get through the cold nights in the wilderness.
  • Safe Warm Electric Blanket

Pool – Keeping warm after you go swimming is important, so bringing an electric blanket with you to the pool can improve your pool-going experience. The warm velvet of a royal velvet electric blanket will keep you warm and dry after jumping in the pool.

  • Home – Finally, there’s perhaps no better place to use an electric blanket than from the comfort of your own home. You can use it to snuggle up and keep warm while in bed, or lay the blanket down in the living room for a warm and romantic evening.

Hopefully that short list’s given you some ideas on how to use your royal velvet electric blanket. No matter where you decide to go, an electric blanket will have you feeling toasty and comfortable!
