Yesterday when I was running errands for my 80-year-old grandmother, I had the perfect opportunity to use my legs after a long time. I was on my way to the nearby subway when I found, to my dismay, that my long trusting headphones, which I have been using with my iPod, are no longer working. Well, they are kind of working… but with so much of a crackling sound coming out of the earphones, I had practically no desire left to listen to music.
As I cannot live without music even for a single day, this gave me the chance to look around for a good set of headphones.
