One of the goals I’m working towards is saving up enough money to buy myself a puppy. If you read my profile on this blog you will find that the breed which caught my eye was the Blenheim coloring of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I just love their attributes of being eager to please, playful, open to new people, as well make great companions.
Over the weekend I started compiling a list of things I plan to buy for the puppies first year with me. This list is going to help me puppy proof my place before the puppy comes and most importantly, budget myself in advance. One of the items on my list was
mentioned to me by my friend with another toy breed dog. She said that Deluxe Doggy Steps were her Pomeranian’s favorite tool for getting up to her bed and her couch.
Thinking about it, even I have difficulties climbing into my bed because it’s set on bed risers. That means I’ll have to remove my raisers so the 12″ high Deluxe Doggy Steps offer a more gradual incline for her short legs.
My friend was also telling me that these doggy steps are covered in a removable sheepskin-looking plush that can be washed in the washing machine in a cold water setting. Which came in handy when her dog’s hair accumulated on the steps after some time.
Be sure to add these Deluxe Doggy Steps to your online shopping cart next time you make a purchase. Especially if you’re dog, and cats, have short legs and delicate bones.
Enjoy!

Are those cocker spaniels? I love the puppy pictures you have! They are adorable. I will let my sister know about these deluxe doggy steps for her cocker spaniel!
Yep, those lovely photos are of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. A great place to read up on this breed would be at AKC breeders club at http://www.ckcsc.org/.
