I firmly believe in the adage “One good deed deserves another”. Last month, my husband had given me a wonderful surprise. He gifted me an iJoy Recliner to help in alleviating my back pain. I wanted to give him a gift too. The gift had to be something that he wanted dearly but one that he wouldn’t purchase himself. Being a stay at home mother, I didn’t have a lot of disposable cash so it had to be affordable. Hmmm… I wonder which gift could fulfill all these conditions? I spent a lot of time trying to remember our conversations wherein he may have mentioned something he desired. However, I still couldn’t figure out what to surprise him with.
Suddenly, I remembered that he had appreciated the perfume of his friend Jack at a party last week. I knew he would never go and buy a perfume. I called up Christie, Jack’s wife, to find out the name of the perfume. It was a Lacoste Pour Homme EDT spray.
Now that I had decided on the gift, I had a plan in my mind. I arranged for the children to be dropped off at my parent’s house the next weekend.
