New scent in the air: Kim Kardashian’s new perfume
I’m always looking for the next new thing in scents, and have been since I was nine. My tastes have gone from bubble gum scented bubble bath to less candy-coated choices, however, and so I turned to the perfume counter at Sephora stores for my options. As such, it comes as no surprise to me that Kim Kardashian’s new scent (called Kim Kardshian, of course!) is available exclusively at Sephora.
The fragrance was developed by Lighthouse Beauty—the group behind Power by 50 Cent—and international perfumer Claude Dir of Givaudan. Lucky people who got to sample the scent (available in a few select magazine adverts) should have picked up floral scents (gardenia, I think) mixed in with something earthier.
The perfume is available in a variety of sizes only at Sephora. If you like it but you’re not sure, I suggest trying the 0.33 ounce Eau de Parfum rollerball—it’s inexpensive and a great way to get acquainted with the scent before getting a larger spray!
