Shopping on the men’s side

We’ve all heard it before. Those four dreaded words that, when placed together over a haughty tone, make a violent blush creep up your cheeks and your palms prickle in embarrassment. Those words that make your stomach hurt, your comebacks melting away in a pool of panic. Those four terrible, no good, horrible-sounding words that sound a little something like this: “What. Are. You. Wearing?”
Whether they know it or not, most people are very on-trend; it is a natural instinct to know which styles are popular, and which shouldn’t dare to be worn outside of a heavily bolted bedroom door. Unfortunately, these people also believe that anything that isn’t “in” is ugly. Take today’s Abercrombie and Fitch/Hollister and Co. obsession, for instance. I’ve personally heard it before, and the whole “you’re not cool unless you wear Abercrombie and Hollister” thing is seriously getting old. I mean, not everyone is teeny-tiny and long-legged, and clearly our entire population doesn’t sport beachy waves and tanned skin. So … why should we all dress in clothes that don’t look right for our bodies and our personalities?
The answer is because people are afraid of not fitting in. Well, what if you could fit in with the Abercrombie-wearers while still wearing outfits that glitter of your own personality? The truth is, you can. You like Abercrombie and Hollister, but you don’t want the skin tight, same-clothes-as-everyone-else-but-in-a-different-color look? The answer has been right under our noses the whole time. Girls, why don’t you just shop in the men’s section?
Menswear is one of the most popular trends of the year, and you can be a part of it. One of the best things about wearing men’s clothes is the comfort! Big, baggy items feel awesome, and you can make them sexy, too. Try wearing a colorful dress shirt unbuttoned over a dress for an amazing splash of color. It’s an easy way to make a statement and tone down an otherwise completely feminine outfit at the same time. If you want, you can also go the other way. Wear a thick, wool men’s sweater with a skirt or heels. You’ll be warm, and it’s a great way to show everyone your hidden girly side. Why not try a men’s leather jacket? The grunge look is also very popular and a baggy leather jacket radiates sexiness. Trust me – a leather jacket looks gorgeous over a pair of sparkly leggings!
There are infinite ways to incorporate preppy men’s clothing into your every day outfit choices. Now you can wear Hollister and Abercrombie while at the same time looking different from everyone else! Who thought that could be achieved? Oh, and one more tip: Boys think it’s incredibly attractive for girls to wear men’s clothing. It’s the perfect way to kill two birds with one stone. So, next time that snooty girl asks you, “What in God’s name are you wearing,” stick it to her by telling her that popular brand name. She’ll never stop wondering why she hasn’t seen it before!

Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome.
