Yet, fashion industry insider Joel Dash lives and breathes the craft and aims to share the magic of his trade with his blog, The Dash Empire.

Dash certainly has a knack for staying in the know regarding fashion news and events. Yet what I love most about his and other blogs is the analysis of clothing. Dash will photograph himself trying on a hot cropped biker jacket and tell you exactly how it feels and how he feels rocking it. This is the kind of commentary that makes a fashion blog more than just eye-candy.
