With Halloween around the corner, I prefer leaving the porch and living room lights on.  But this makes me feel guilty about not wasting energy and of course, the high electricity bills. A couple of years back I switched over to solar lights.

These incredibly practical lights are available in different styles and designs. You can get a collection of solar bulbs to light up the driveway or get elegant pieces for the porch. As the name suggests, these lights recharge during the day, using sunlight as energy. At dawn they switch on automatically. The best part is that now I don’t have to worry about wasting energy or get long electricity bills.
