How to turn your summer look into fall
If you love your summer clothes then there is no need to put them away just because fall is here. You can stretch your summery outfits into fall wear with simple transition fashion tips. A few accessories and layering does the trick to retain your summer wardrobe during autumn months.
Now, remember that fall months are going to be much cooler. So, you have to cover yourself up properly to avoid catching a cold. Take out your summer fashion favorites and give them a makeover. My top three summer garments that I can use during the fall are-
1. Eyelet blouses
The eyelet blouse is a fresh twist on the traditional shirt, with a feminine embroidered cotton twist. Grab a waist coat or military jacket to give your blouse a makeover. This will protect you from the cooler winds and make your summer shirts wearable during fall too.
2. Tanks and tees
Putting away the bright and vivacious tanks and tees during autumn is like a fashion crime. Pull on a long sleeve t-shirt and wear your tank top on top of it. Contrasting vibrant summer colors with pale and dark autumn hues creates an amazing combination. Layering also keeps you safe from the chilly fall breeze.
3. Crop jeans
Crop jeans are one of my favorite summer garments. If you wore it with flip flops and sandals during summers, it is time to make the switch to boots during fall months. However, make sure that your boots are long enough to cover the crops without showing any bare skin. No one will even get to know that you are wearing crops instead of full length jeans.
