A Christmas tree is definitely the centerpiece of just about everyone’s Christmas decorations.  You can base the rest of your decorations around the tree.  For example, if you choose to have white lights and blue ornaments on your tree, then you can decorate your house in blue decorations.

There are also many options when it comes to Christmas trees themselves.  There are Douglas Firs, which are probably the most popular.  The evergreen tree’s needles are soft and rounded.  There are also Scotch Pines, Grand Firs, Noble Firs and Mountain King Christmas Trees.  Of course if you’re not into cleaning up loose needles and watering the tree, you can always opt for an artificial tree.  There are tons of different options with that as well.  You can even get a purple Christmas tree!
