Unique engagement ring styles

Buying an engagement ring, the right one that is unique is easy if you have some help, especially if you haven’t done it before. Take a look at some of these tips so you get it right:
1. Get a custom-made ring
With proper planning, it’s possible to get a unique engagement ring if you have it custom made. I recently saw a criss-cross engagement ring where the band was made up of sparking diamonds and the stone set in the center was a pink sapphire that was surrounded by pave-set diamonds. The mounting can be interchanged to the stone of your choice, which I think makes the ring unique.
2. Heart-shaped rings show true love
It’s confusing when you’re presented with a lot of choices. Engagement rings come in all kinds, in gold, platinum and even titanium and set with different stones. A heart engagement ring wins most often. Stones like diamonds, sapphires, opals, amethysts have many takers but my personal favorites are always heart shaped diamond engagement rings, which clearly convey the symbol of love. Diamonds with their incandescent beauty are always the way to a woman’s heart, and you know what they say about diamonds being a girl’s best friend.
3. Choose the right setting to show off your rock
The setting of a ring has to be beautiful for the beauty of the stone to be displayed to perfection. You have multiple choices, like a solitaire setting, filigree setting with stones all round or just on the sides. Rose gold engagement rings and rings in white gold are something women love and it’s so in season right now. They look enchanting and so elegant. If you really want stand out from the crowd, antique engagement rings set in intricate patterns are a wonderful choice.
Have a clear idea of how much you realistically can afford to spend on the ring and plan ahead to get the best and most unique engagement ring.
