You still have time for that New Year’s resolution
For me, New Year’s resolutions are made to be broken. I do make some vague attempts to follow them till January but February came and I forgot all about them. This year I tried doing something different. I asked a couple of friends to join me. You can also try and buddy up with family or friends who have similar resolutions so you can motivate each other.
It is better to be consistent rather than making a promise once year. Simple habit changes like taking the stairs rather than the elevator and escalator make a difference. You could go jogging or walking in the park everyday. On days when you cannot do this because you are too tired or feeling very just give yourself a break (don’t make it a habit though).
