How to make homemade bath salt
Looking for some super easy one of a kind gifts to make this year? These bath salts are great for guys and gals and they take minutes to
put together. They make fabulous party favors too. I am not a bath person, so I use these salts when I take a shower. Just sprinkle some on the floor of the shower and you will be able to inhale the goodness. The ones I made were “stress relief” made with eucalyptus essential oil. I love that scent.
You will need -
• Epsom Salt
• Essential Oil (found in craft supply near soap making items)
• Container to measure
• Containers to gift the salts in
• Label
• Funnel is helpful
Most essential oils will tell you to use about 1 oz. per oz. of salt. Just check the back of the package to be sure.
Drop the oil in the salt and stir up well.
Using a funnel, pour salt into container. Place a label on and your done! Perfect party favor!!
Store the homemade bath salt in a wall organizer in the bathroom for easy access.
