start playing with your food again
“At Fork and Beans, I refuse to say the words, “I can’t eat that!” Instead I strive to transform all of your favorite classics into something amazing without feeling like the odd man out. Every recipe on the blog is made without gluten and animal products but I guarantee you that you will never taste the difference! You just might even feel like a kid again and start playing with your food.”
“Hi I’m Anita, and i’m a life artists crafter. My blog A Little Inky is a place i share my creative style: Shabby/Artsy. I really enjoy taking photos to create with. I hope to inspire people and share my passion for the love of scrapbooking and making cards, as well as share new techniques. Happy scrappin…”
organize your dilemmas
“Ask the Organizing Diva is a forum for visitors to post their organizing dilemmas and challenges, e.g.: how to organize photos, how to create office space in a small apartment, how to best organize for a yard sale. The Organizing Diva responds to these queries with advice, tips, tools and items recommendations all with a sense of wit and humor. ”
the images speak for themselves
“I have created my blog in 2008 when I bought my first DSLR camera. I never wanted to just post images, but also include stories from my life or write about certain topics. That’s why I included the tagline “The wonderful mixture of life and fiction”. My blog was awarded with the “Best national Bosnian blog in 2011″ award.
I also feature interesting looks behind the scenes and show how certain images are created and show what they look like before I edit them. I make no secret about using the digital darkroom, even though the tweaks are mostly minor. I featured a look behind restoring old images, post production in Photoshop, and many other things. I also post some of my cinematography on the blog.
But in the end I truly hope that the images speak for themselves and that they are inspirational and worthwhile to others.”
wisdom and enlightenment
“‘Gyaan’ (which has its roots in the Sanskrit language) means wisdom and enlightenment. Everyday Gyaan is about finding wisdom and enlightenment in the ordinary events of life. If we are open to learning we can find wisdom and meaning in all situations of our lives.”
sharing a gift with the world
“My blog, Beauty in the Ordinary is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it’s not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress…it’s about sharing a ‘gift’ each day with the world. Providing a bit of a balance to all the hard news, wars, cop shows, negative influences in our life with things as simple and magnificent as a sunrise, a kick-ass recipe, a kind word, or a pretty dress!”
