Well, I am here to say: put down the lemon juice, forget that $50 nail growth serum, and go splurge on a $20 bottle of polish and grab yourself a ballpoint pen (or anything with a small, rounded tip). When you look at your nails and see them slathered with expensive polish and even a simple polka dot design that you never thought you’d have been able to create, you will have the desire to not bite them and ruin the design. Therein lies the cure for the most extreme of nail bitters! Or just keep your husband around to smack your hand and get on your case anytime the urge springs and your fingers begin to make their way towards your mouth. =) Trade one addiction for another and soon your nail polish collection will grow to over 100 and you will have the nails that everyone is envious of!”
