A great way to relax at the end of a long day, after turning your dishwasher on, is to make yourself a cup of tea.  If you’ve never made tea before, it’s super easy:

1. Fill a copper tea kettle with water and boil it.
2. Put a tablespoon of tea into a tea-pot and fill it about a third of the way with boiling water.
3. Remove the lid from the copper tea kettle and place the tea-pot on top of it.  Leave it on high for about 15 minutes.
4. Fill a quarter of your glass with tea and top it off with hot water.
5. Sip.
