How to smell like an angel any day
There are certain fragrances out there that have a very light scent to them. Scents that are about angels tend to be very light so write about people who don’t want an overwhelming scent would most likely enjoy these fragrances. Honestly, they can really give me a headache at times. I am talking of course of angel perfume because I happened to notice that almost all of the perfumes that I love have the word angel in them.
Since I am a fan of light perfumes, I prefer layering them by using creams or lotions. The thing is that it still leaves you with a subtle smell, but they last longer. And it saves me the hassle of moisturizing too. For instance, I use the Thierry Mugler lotion and perfume in a combination. This perfume had been introduced Angel in 1993.
The fragrant nature explores essences of honey, chocolate and caramel. And you will fall in love with the blends of vanilla, patchouli and sandalwood. Though it is romantic, it is really not very over-powering or tends to make you nauseous, which a lot of floral and romantic perfumes tend to do.
Harajuku Lovers Lil’ Angel perfume by Gwen Stefani is one of my other angelic perfumes. It is actually available in Eau de toilette forms too but I prefer the perfume because you save more. The quantity required is lesser but the lingering fragrance lasts you all day through and sometimes even through the night.
As a rule of thumb, you should always apply a perfume that has a gentle and subtle whiff, instead of something that is too over-powering. These perfumes just live up to that reputation of having this angelic quality… You can sense it around now and then, but when you look around for them, they are not tangible or visible (of course perfumes aren’t).
