As a blog, “The Haute Bunny” chronicles my health, fitness, fashion, beauty, and, most importantly, emotional journey over the past couple of years. It encourages women to “live out their fullest potential”, to borrow the clichéd phrase. Perusing through the website, topics range from fitness regimes to crafting a subtle smoky eye to coming-to-terms with my body.

Let me start off by introducing myself properly, I am Isabelle Valentos, a 23-year-old fashion blogger from Manila. I started my blog URBAN DAI three years ago. URBAN DAI means URBAN GIRL. I am very interested in fashion; I work in the fashion industry here in the Philippines as a Merchandise Manager. I am also interested in Beauty, Food and so many other things. In 2011, I was chosen to be part of the eight finalists of the Nokia and Elle’s Search for the Next Style Correspondent and I was sent to New York to cover for the fashion week.
This blog is my creative diary. If I got to choose, I would like to be a lovechild of Martin Margiela’s conceptual approach and Moschino’s playful femininity, whose godfather is definitely Castelbajac, just for the sake of Pop. Not that I’m there yet – architect turned lighting designer turned fashion blogger and DIY enthusiast who never learned to sew properly. Luckily, I have the best seamstress in the world and I still get to make acrylic jewelry. It’s all about the play and fashion sense of humor. In the era of Photoshop and revolving trends, I try not to take myself or fashion too seriously.
