Best relaxing bath products guide
We’ve all been there, at the end of a long day at work and you somehow make it home to your couch and fall asleep, too tired to make it to your bed. While this is of course completely reasonable and natural, if you want to mix it up from your normal routine, plan for a relaxing and calming bath to help you unwind at the end of the day. We’ve put together a guide for the best body scrubs, bubble bath, and anything else you might need to relax.
Bubble bath & bath bombs
While bubble baths are traditionally incredibly relaxing, sometimes it feels like that relaxation is reduced because of all the mess. Especially if you accidentally happen to pour too much of the solution into your bath, it may seem like the bubbles never end and it can be a pain to get rid of them. This is why we suggest trying out a bath bomb. The way bath bombs work is you drop them into your full bathtub and let them fizzle, or effervesce to speak in technical terms, creating a lovely smell. Typically most bath bombs are made using Epsom salts for a soothing and therapeutic bath.
Body scrubs
Body scrubs are a great way to get rid of dead skin on your body and completely exfoliate for a fresh feeling and radiant skin. This is important not only for its healthy glow effect, but also as an essential step in your overall skin care routine to reduce blemishes from dead skin getting trapped. However, it is also important not to over scrub, you don’t want to get rid of new skin cells. So be aware of any rashes and excessively dry skin, those are usually signs that your skin is irritated and over exfoliated.
Post bath
Right before you get out, try Vitabath while you’re still in the bath or shower using it as a shower gel to cleanse and moisturize at the same time. Then right after you exfoliate you want to make sure that you keep your skin hydrated by locking it in with some moisturizer and body oils. Then it is also important to note that once you are out of your shower or bath and dried off, you want to apply additional lotion moisturizer while your pores are still open so that you get the full moisturizing effect.
