You can make home-made ice cream easily and quickly with the help of an ice cream maker. Take 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 1 ½ cups milk, 1 cup cream and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Now break the eggs into a bowl and whisk it with sugar. Whisk it until it is frothy and lemony yellow. Heat the milk over medium heat, add it to the eggs and whisk constantly. Now pour the milk-egg mixture back into the pan, cook it over low heat and stir constantly. Remove from heat after 5 to 7 minutes, cool the mixture slightly and stir in the cream and vanilla. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold. Now turn your Kitchenaid ice maker on, pour in the ice cream base in it and freeze it to the firmness you want.

Make snow cones with your ice maker

Kids simply love snow cones! You can make your little one’s birthday party fun with these cones. Take out some ice from your ice maker and blend it until you make snow out of the ice. Now pour the snow into a paper cup until it is full and pour the syrup of your choice on it. Also, pour a bit of your kid’s favorite juice or soda on it.
