For me the perfect type of shoes was decided when I spotted the Dolce and Gabbana’s dazzling shoes on the runaway. I knew I was in for trouble since I absolutely loved shopping but always was on a budget. I was sure I could carry this style off since it was not a trend for only wall flowers. Anyhow I very excited to get shoes which had crystals, glitter, sequins, metallic and the like.

Recently I picked up a pair of silver glitter pumps which have been doing double duty for me ever since I pair them with my denim in the day and swap it with pretty cocktail dresses and lovely maxis at night. It surely helps me in standing out. The versatile nature of the shoe makes it a wardrobe essential!

Last week I went for a brunch with some of my girlfriends and paired my gold heels with black skinny jeans and a tee. This chic daytime ensemble helped me received several compliments. In fact for the night you could then team it up with a silk blouse!

Like a “practical shopaholic” I picked up gold and silver metallic shoes since these neutral colors looked good teamed up with most of my outfits. Whether it is beige or rust, sand or red, metallic or glitter heels are sure to set the attire apart from the crowd. Also, the edgy feel provides a fun aspect to your entire outfit too.
