With the upcoming of spring, saturated hues is the biggest fashion story. Juicy pops of lime, lemon, pink and mango have a co-existence with blots of blue and fiery reds. On the other hand skinny jeans in every possible shade are in fashion. Thus sometimes footwear becomes a challenge to balance off all the heady colors? After considering the wedges, peep toes, pumps, ballet flats, dress shoes, sling backs keeping price points in mind I have realized that the following three colors are the most versatile and useful.

Nude shoes

Most of the girls own a pair of black shoes, this summer there is a new ‘in’ color – nude shoes. Not only do they look classy, they also tone down and complement bolder patterns and bright colors, giving your outfit balance. I have nude peep toes and it has a rather slimming effect on my legs. I absolutely love the illusion of my prolonged legs.

Champagne color

There are few colors more elegant than champagne. Adding a bit of sparkle to the nude color, champagne is a great color for all skin types. Not to forget I am showered with tremendous compliments every time I wear my champagne dress shoes. They can be dressed up or dressed down easily.

Peweter

Most of my outfits for night outs are well complimented with pewter shoes. In fact whether it is a black or white outfit, the color pewter would offset it tremendously. Actually a cute pair of pewter shoes would look wonderful on a day outfit too. They have that metallic shine that stands out elegantly.
