Terms and Conditions:
Open to legal, adult (18+) US residents only. Contests are void where restricted or prohibited by law or regulations. Contests are operated by Become.com and are subject to local law, state, and US regulations. Contests are not eligible to Become.com employees or their immediate families or contest sponsor employees and their immediate families.
Each contest shall have guidelines included specifically in the body of the contest post. Those found tampering with or abusing any contests as deemed by Become.com and/or the sponsors will be disqualified and potentially banned from participation in future contests. If the contest is compromised by virus or other intervention beyond Become.com and/or sponsor’s control, Become reserves the right to terminate the contest at its discretion.
Only one entry per user is permitted. Incomplete entries will be void. Entries must be received by the specific contest end date offered in the contest post. Sponsor and Become.com reserve the right to verify eligibility of participants.
Become shall choose the winner randomly, unless otherwise specified in the contest blog post, and winning entries are subject to both Become.com as well as the sponsor’s review and approval. Winners will be notified via email. Winners have 15 days maximum after contest end date to reply and provide details needed to claim and/or send prize, after which time win becomes void . In the event of email address change or update, it is the responsibility of the participant to notify Become.com at “blog [at] become.com”.
The prizes available in each contest shall vary based on contest type and sponsor. Prizes shall be announced along with entry rules in the blog post. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be substituted, save by sponsor in the event of inability to award original prize for any reason; in this case, substitute prize with be of equal value. Winners must have both a valid email address (provided in entry) and US address. Neither Become nor the contest sponsors are responsible for undelivered, lost, or damaged prizes. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide an up to date and correct physical US address upon notification of their win.
By entering the contest(s), participants are agreeing to comply with these rules, including eligibility requirements, and agree that no claims regarding losses, injuries, or other damages will be brought against Become.com or sponsor(s). By entering the contest(s), you agree to Become.com and its contest affiliates’ use of your personal information as described in Become.com’s Privacy Policy. Promotions that are hosted on Become.com may be sponsored by Become.com, may be co-sponsored by Become.com and another company, or may be sponsored by companies other than Become.com. Some or all of the data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor(s) or companies indicated on the entry form. The decisions of Become.com and contest sponsors are final and binding in all respects.
Entries, once submitted, become Become.com’s property.
