I was at my gym yesterday eager to wear my cute brand new nike workout shirt (I couldn't wait to wear it), when suddenly our teacher pulls out a brand new torture instrument, a ball, more precisely, a medicine ball. I realize, that a medicine ball seems pretty like a relatively harmless fitness accessory but the workout that you get from this product is simply amazing! It gives you that extra external resistance necessary to challenge your body to get maximum results whilst making exercise much more fun.
