This is a very difficult choice since both, plasma TVs and LCD TVs, are very competitive technologies even though they are quite different to one another.
Plasma TVs use gas suspension stimulated by electric pulse to produce light. While LCD televisions use the same technology found in laptops, cameras or monitors. It is basically liquid-crystal-filled cells held in place between two sheets of glass.
